Pique Roscoe drops ‘Roundabouts’

North Manchester’s Pique Roscoe has dropped his latest track ‘Roundabouts’.

Produced by Rokz, the track’s instrumental accompaniment is almost jazzy, giving us a proper old-school hip-hop vibe.

Lyrically, Pique talks about his life so far and troubled surroundings growing up. He goes on to tell us of his successes however, and emphasises his hard work ethic, such as how he still has a 9-5 despite putting 100% into his music career.

The visuals, created by The Northern Web, are dark and gritty, matching the lyrical content well. The natural setting is juxtaposed against red hues with blurred imagery, almost as if we’re being knocked out by Roscoe’s bars.

In the description, he tells us how the video is shot in the same spot where this all began almost 2 years ago now.

The artist had a sick 2020, putting out a total of 9 music videos throughout the year.
