Our policy can be summarised in one sentence: we will not directly collect any personal information from yourself, and we will not pass on any indirectly collected data to any third party without your consent.

What information do we collect?

The Pie Radio app will connect to our online streaming provider to enable playback of our live stream. Some features included within the Pie Radio app will also connect to the Pie Radio website in order to retrieve information to be displayed within the app.

When the app connects to the Pie Radio website or our streaming provider, these services will automatically collect basic information about you provided to us by your device. Information collected includes your IP address (from which we can identify your Internet Service Provider and location), the service being accessed, the operating system you are using and the date and time the app accessed the service.

We will not normally collect any sensitive personal information from you, and in any event, will request your express consent to do so.

Who will have access to your information?

Any information we collect will not be visible to anyone outside Pie Radio or our streaming service provider.

We may disclose personal information about you to comply with applicable laws and when requested to do so by law enforcement agencies or government bodies.
