New music Friday has once again rolled around and this week is a doozy. Canada’s own Drake dropped the Scary Hours 2 EP on March 5th, with features from Lil Baby and Rick Ross.

Opening track ‘What’s Next’ has a brand new music video (see above), in which we see the 34 year old rapper flexing his jet and car in a vacant airport. These visuals match the lyrics of the track, which see the rapper boast of his success.

Track 2 is ‘Wants and Needs’ which sees Drake assisted by Lil Baby’s melodic flow. The main bars that have caught people’s attention on this track are some that reference Kanye West, with some interpreting the lyrics as Drake’s confession of having an affair with the rapper’s soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

“Yeah, I probably go link to Yeezy // I need me some Jesus // But as soon as I start confessin’ my sins, he wouldn’t believe us”

The final track is a longer one at nearly six and a half minutes, Rick Ross beginning the ‘Lemon Pepper Freestyle’ before Drake takes over. The majority of the track sees the two rappers look back at their past, and marvel at how far they’ve come with their current lavish lifestyles.

Alongside the new releases comes the announcement of OVO sound’s new 24 hour station “SOUND 42” in a tweet announced by Drizzy himself.

Drake’s new album Certified Lover Boy is set to come out later this year.
