The most loved up day of the year is just around the corner and for singletons it can be quite daunting if you’re single…
So we’re rounding up so ideas for you singletons to celebrate Valentines Day in lockdown if you haven’t found your special someone yet!
SELF CARE
There’s nothing more refreshing that a deep shower or bath and self care! Get yourself some bath fizzes or shower scents and relax! Do your skin care, face mask, hair mask1 look after YOU this Valentines Day!
ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM
Love isn’t just romantic love in a relationship, love is everywhere! There is nothing wrong with spending Valentines day platonically with your friends! Drinks over zoom? Games over Zoom? We’re unfortunately still living in that world and I think a few drinks with your friends over zoom celebrating yourselves would be perfect!
ORDER IN
There is nothing that a takeaway can’t solve, sitting down relaxing with a big fat dominos, Chinese or whatever you heart fancies is the perfect comfort for Valentines Day. I’m already thinking of shredded chicken from the Chinese I’ll be ordering!
GET YOUR MARY BERRY ON
Make yourself some sweet treats! Chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, cupcakes, treat yourself and keep yourself busy, pair your sweet treats as desert for your takeaway and you’ll be feeling sweet!
NETFLIX BINGE
Avoid love films! Binge watch Netflix’s comedy section, or if you’re brave enough a horror! Relaxing all cosy is the perfect way to spend a lazy day and Valentines has to be no different! Films pass time and are a way to keep yourself busy and focused on something!
SHOPPING
If you’re feeling a little lonely or down in the dumps, order yourself something new, a ew treat! Ordering clothes and treating yourself gives you something to be excited for. If you’re anything like me you’ll be at the window waiting 2 minutes after you’re deliver is confirmed!
BUY YOURSELF FLOWERS
Flowers brighten up your room and give off such a fresh vibe. I love having a bunch in my room, they’re a loving gift from you to you and it’s much more important to give yourself love than wait for a partner to give you it!
