Michael Dapaah is joined by Chunkz & Armz Korleone for fourth episode of Belly Must Go

Chunkz and Armz Korleone join Michael Dapaah for the fourth episode of Belly Must Go where we see the trio burning those calories with Agent Harvs.

This week Armz Korleone took over from Agent Harvs, nearly knocking out Dapaah with a handshake! I mean are you surprised … the man is built like a brick wall 😳

During treadmill talk, Dapaah speaks to Armz Korleone and Chunkz, asking them what they have been doing to keep fit whilst in lockdown.

Armz Korelone, who has been training for almost 13 years, tells them he regularly uses his younger sisters for squats or arm workouts. Some BTS footage on Armz Korelone’s Insta page also showed Dapaah being used as a weight for squats.

Whilst on the treadmill Chunkz also shares his weight-loss journey which started last year, telling them how he is now 30kg lighter. We love to see the transformation!

After loosening up on the treadmill, Agent Harvs gets the trio ready for the bench press, where Armz Korleone does a warm up of 100kg … MAD 🤯

Dapaah asks Armz and Chunkz what their ideal first date would be. Chunkz says a nice dinner getting to know the girl. Armz Korleone, on the other hand, said he would take his date out on a walk through nature.

On a more serious note, Armz tells Dapaah how he uses Art, Comedy and training in the gym to express himself. He said that going to the gym when he was younger mean’t he wasn’t out on the streets getting into trouble.

Lastly, the trio take on the famous BMG circuit. Armz was up first, then followed by Chunkz who completed the circuit in 38.7 seconds.

Although Dapaah was last up to take on the circuit, surprisingly he beat Armz by just half a second with a time of 26.20 seconds.

Watch the fourth episode of Belly Must Go and let us know who you think we could be expecting on the next episode @pieradiouk.
