Daniel Demile aka. MF DOOM passed away on Halloween 2020 (31/10/2020). The announcement of his passing however was only confirmed by his family yesterday. The cause of death has not yet been confirmed.

MF DOOM was not only an incredible artist, but he often played tricks on his audience. He used to send an “imposter doom” to perform his hits – sometimes they were booed off, sometimes the real doom would turn up and take over.

He worked with some of the industry’s finest – for example, his collaboration DANGERDOOM with Danger Mouse, or Doomstarks with Ghostface Killah. His most recent collaboration was with BADBADNOTGOOD for a track featured on GTA online, released this year.

All that can be said is hip-hop has lost a legend. RIP MF DOOM, here’s hoping his legacy will live forever.
