10 food takeaways you need to try in Didsbury (East and West)

Given the success of the takeaway suggestions we gave you for the Stockport area, we thought we’d move up the road slightly and give you some suggestions for both East and West Didsbury.

Number 10. Burton Road Bakery

If you want a decent brekkie AND one of their amazing cakes on the side, Burton Road Bakery is always a win for me. Check out their hours here.

Fancy trying something new? We strongly recommend giving Palestinian cuisine a whirl. The food at Baity is suitably warm and filling. Check out their hours here.

Number 8. Caramello

Although it might not be the right weather for ice cream, this little hidden gem sells pastries as well as some of the nicest ice cream outside Italy. Their usual site is currently being updated, but you can check out their opening hours here.

Another classic chippy, if you’re in the mood for a proper British takeaway. They’ve been closed for a short while throughout the latest lockdown, however they’re reopening on Tuesday 26th January! Check out their opening hours here.
