WHAT’S GOOD GANG?! We are back to dish all the tea on what the celebs are getting into this week…
ARE WE STILL BODY SHAMING IN 2021?
Our first story of the week is about how the lovely DJ Lamiez Holworthy has been dealing with trolls online after they tried to body shame her.
The DJ was trying to support a Twitter user, who had posted a picture of her botched butterfly tattoo. Lamiez offered to help cover up the tattoo.
Obviously people love to talk so it’s no surprise that they did – some threw shade at the DJ, saying “you have money to waste”
Lamiez then added that her and her husband Khuli chana are doing just fine, emphasising that their kids are doing fine too.
Twitter users went on to say she shouldn’t wear shorts because of her cellulite.
She quickly clapped back with a saucy response to the troll:
Wow ya masipa!
Not to wear shorts because YOU said so?! Wang nyela wena.
Always these fake accounts trying to project their own insecurities on others. Well Mo Nna ke stop station ge!I’m an African woman and will be damned by your fucked up standards! https://t.co/rNi0J539qo pic.twitter.com/57ocEbiYh5

That’s right, keep your head up sis and put their trolls in their place – we always rooting for you on this side.
Boity’s fans give her all the sugars online after the bottle incident.
Next story of the day is about Miss B (Boity Thulo).
Since the physical altercation between Boity and Bujy Bikwa, both parties have released statements regarding the situation, as well as audio files.
As a result of this, a few celebrities came forward supporting Boity , like DJ Zinhle, Mihlali Ndamase, Nadia Nakai, Pearl Thusi and Denise Zimba.

Sending you all my love @Boity 🥺❤️

Ms Thulo hopped onto Instagram to thank everyone for showing her support, saying ” thank you to everyone that has been sending me love, support and keeping me in your prayers”
Trolls gonna Troll.
DJ Zinhle was also bothered by trolls this week on Twitter, after it was said that female DJs are just physically appealing and not talented.
Being a female DJ these days only requires looks and some sexy dance moves. Nobody cares about your mixing.

Zinhle graciously responded to the troll by saying, how impressed she was with the growth of female DJs and how they are now taking up space in the industry dominated by men.
So sad that you chose to reduce the growth of the female DJ industry to this…
I definitely don’t agree with you. I’m actually loving how the girls are making it their own and dominating.
Surely there’s something to celebrate here.. https://t.co/3uB25yAZMi
