Manchester artist, Ceeow, has shared a message of vulnerability and hope on the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Ceeow, who dropped an his debut album The Garden last year, has given us a message of positivity for the beginning of Mental Health Awareness week.

He released a spoken word version of his song Bad Days which he performed at SAYIN MCR, the platform for “anyone just SAYIN cool stuff”, recently.

Ceeow‘s vulnerability is demonstrated, as he explains his first ever job as a sessional activity worker, where he would use facilitate music and other activities for wellbeing. He also discusses how mental health have affected his family and himself.

In the video, Ceeow makes an emphasis on the words, Call Me, which is a pointer to the necessity of conversation around our mental health, which he finishes his post:

“Let’s use this week to talk”.
