Tottenham born Jermaine Scott, most commonly known as Wretch 32 has just been announced as the newest team member to join 0207 Def Jam.
Def Jam recordings started in 1984 and has made big moves in the music industry signing legends Jay Z, Kanye West, Method Man and many more.
Universal Music UK announced the launch of Def Jam’s UK outpost last month. The name 0207 Def Jam is inspired by a London Telephone code, paying homage to the UK music scene. ‘Heavy Is the Head’ rapper Stormzy was the first artist to join 0207 Def Jam.
