Asher D offers ‘Surgeon’ as the first single from his new EP which is set to be released this spring. On this track Ashley includes his vocals for the first time, exploring lyrically the digital landscape we live in.
Ashley Walters is a multitalented individual; having created art as a lyrist, rapper, actor, director and producer. He first entered the British music scene through hip hop group So Solid.
Following their split, he pursued a career as a solo artist which began with the release of his 2004 debut album ‘Street Siblings.’ Give ‘Comeback’ a listen to hear how his sound has evolved.
Ashley went to become an acclaimed actor, best known for his role as Dushane in Top Boy. The highly anticipated second series of Top Boy arrived on Netflix last Friday (18th March).
