‘Call Me Ace’ is an Ivy league American rapper who provides an old-school lyrical spirit to today’s genre-breaking musical climate.

From Columbia graduate to Bay area hip-hop artist, ‘Call Me Ace’, formerly known as Anthony Pattersonis the living embodiment of a full deck; working at YouTube headquarters by day and free-styling verses by night.

Currently locked in Ace’s rhythmic state of flow, this rapper by nature writes and manipulates verses alongside genre-infused melodies!

Earlier this year in February, Ace released his second studio album “Out of Office!”  The project navigates a life in which achieving goals and pursuing dreams demands focus and consistency.

The artist illustrates the reality of living a multi-purposed existence, unravelling the ability to balance an ever-changing routine whilst remaining self-aware.

The raw verses within the album mirror the musicality that was present in the 2000s; the art of freestyling poetically on an instrumental layered with samples.

Nonetheless, this Billboard charting chameleon has the ability to create cross-culturally influenced artistry, evident within his bonus track “Flow State” featuring Shy’an G. Blending both the old school and the new is an art-form and Ace’s recent musical endeavours highlight just that!

Ace revels in his prospects as a first-generation Jamaican-American and has cultivated referenced genres within his sound such as: Cuban, Blues, Jazz, Dancehall and Afro-beat alongside Ethiopian elements.

Raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Ace’s iconic influences include the likes of Ludacris, Eminem and Busta Rhymes! His poetic lyricism is nothing less than a tribute to the sound of those who inspired him throughout his upbringing.

Tracks such as “Love Goals” and “Tesla” further highlight Ace’s ability to ride a beat with lyrical precision. More importantly, the words written by this self-reflective artist showcases the mindset of a content and hard-working individual.

The key to Ace’s success is extrinsically linked to his relentless consistency, ambition and innate positivity! Rhythm and blues flow through Ace like water and we’re all definitely locked in!

We can’t wait to see what he has planned next!
