Comedian Michael Dapaah teams up with Beats to premiere the first instalment of ‘BELLY MUST GO’, a new YouTube series that will see some of Michael’s famous friends work out with him.

In the first episode 29-year-old Dapaah welcomes the one and only rice n peas lover, Big Narstie.

Now Big Narstie is not shy of his weight and has openly shared his weight loss journey via his Instagram. The rapper tells Dapaah in BELLY MUST GO that the heaviest he has ever weighed was 28 stone. Big Narstie tells Dapaah about his own CBD recovery gym, Muscle Base Gym, where he himself has been pictured undertaking some personal training.

Both Dapaah and Big Narstie are put through their paces ‘physically, mentally and emotionally’ by Dapaah’s personal trainer Agent Harvs, who continuously has to tell Big Narstie off for cheating his way through the workout.

Whilst burning those calories, Dapaah gives Big Narstie some quick fire questions, where Big Narstie admits to listening to music from the Titanic whilst in the gym…whatever gets you through the burn I guess! When asked ‘Boris Johnson or your ex’ Big Narstie jokingly replies ‘none of them’.

Aside from the genuine jokes dished out in the episode, Big Narstie also gives out some useful advice on the effects of the ‘European toilet’ and how to successfully poo, smh.

Watch the first episode of BELLY MUST GO and let us know what you think @pieradiouk! Wonder who will be appearing on Episode 2?…
