At the age of 16, Nemzz, is a rapper with immense talent beyond his years.
Following on from predecessor “Deep End”, the rappers latest release titled “Paranoid” is a showcase for his maturity and vulnerability; laying down a sombre lament that divulges the everyday struggles of Manchester’s youth. Covering topics like: the sorrows of success, bereavement and betrayal, as he raps “Don’t claim you my bro if you ain’t riding, I put my trust into so many but they’re keep lying, I’m paranoid cah way too many people dying.”
The slightly melodic track is characterised by seamlessly auto-tuned vocals, stacked on a textured, bass lead instrumental.
In addition to the melancholy offering, Nemzzz has graced us with an accompanying visuals (Directed by KieronTS) that shows scenes of the him and his friends kicking it around his ends.
We love to see this young talent test the waters, exploring his wordsmith and expressing his hardships. The MC is proving that age is nothing but a number and we can’t wait to see what’s next to come.
