Dappy is playing with fire on his new song ‘Wounds’

N-Dubz frontman Dappy has dropped his latest track, ‘Wounds’ along with some accompanying visuals.

Judging from this new track, 2021 could be Dappy’s for the taking.

The song has a catchy chorus, and three verses with a varied delivery from Dappy, all straight gold. When Dappy was making this in the studio he was really playing with fire.

Dappy, real name is Costadinos Contostavlos, dropped some more heat to add to his growing collection of songs released post-N-Dubz. The Camden trio broke up in 2012, but not before released a number of bangers such as ‘Playing With Fire‘ featuring Mr Hudson, ‘Ouch‘, ‘I Swear‘ and ‘So Alive‘ featuring Skepta.

When interviewed about N-Dubz, it’s apparent that Dappy hates to talk about them, perhaps suggesting that there’s bad blood there and he just wants to move on.

Dappy’s talent has arguably been criminally underrated, with one fan commenting under his new video: “Dappy’s talent literally makes no sense he’s like a unicorn”.

The rapper has also revealed his upcoming mixtape Fortune will be dropping on June 25th.
